Back Office Assistant | Clerical processing (m/f/o)

TMR Recycling GmbH is a young, rapidly growing company in the recycling sector. We are specialists in the European-wide trade of aluminium.

We are looking for an administrative assistant (m/f/o) to work full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week), starting asap.


  • will be a point of contact for our customers and suppliers in Europe 
  • are responsible for order processing in our ERP system
  • will coordinate collection and delivery schedules and organise transportation
  • support preliminary accounting (scanning and processing receipts using DATEV)
  • will support the managing director in all administrative areas of daily operations


You will contribute directly to the company’s success and further development of the business with



  • You have successfully completed commercial training
  • You have prior professional experience in office administration - applications from ambitious career-changers with a quick ability to learn are also welcome 
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good English required due to international customer contact
  • additional foreign languages are desirable but not mandatory
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are organised, have strong communication skills and possess a reliable and independent working manner
